Objective
United for Cognitive Health (UCH) is a youth-led global health equity initiative focused on early detection and awareness of Alzheimer’s Disease in underserved communities. Through free medical camps, culturally tailored workshops, and neurologist referrals, we’ve screened over 3000+ patients in New Delhi and connected 300+ to critical treatment. By combining medical insight, youth leadership, and cross-continental collaboration, we aim to break stigma and close the care gap in dementia diagnosis. At the heart of UCH is our belief that youth voices can reimagine a healthcare system that sees every mind with dignity.
